• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will comply with all applicable laws and these terms

4. Service Description

Harmony Nests provides house rental services featuring properties selected for acoustic comfort and peaceful environments. Our services include:

• Property evaluation and selection based on acoustic characteristics
• Consultation regarding property suitability for individual needs
• Reservation coordination with property owners
• Guest support during stays

Service availability is subject to property availability and may vary by season and location.

5. Reservation Process

5.1 Booking Requests

Reservations begin with an inquiry through our website or contact channels. We will discuss your requirements, recommend suitable properties, and provide detailed acoustic information about available options.

5.2 Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from our team. Confirmation includes property details, dates, pricing, and specific terms for your stay.

5.3 Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to confirm reservations. Full payment is due 14 days before the arrival date. Failure to provide full payment may result in reservation cancellation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Guest

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of total amount
• Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund

6.2 Cancellation by Harmony Nests

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to property unavailability, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodation of comparable quality.

6.3 Early Departure

Early departure does not entitle guests to refunds for unused nights unless caused by property issues verified by our team.

7. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property with respect and care
• Comply with property rules and quiet hours
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your reservation
• Not engage in illegal activities on the property
• Not disturb neighbors or create excessive noise
• Report any damage or issues to our team immediately
• Pay for any damages caused during your stay
• Follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures

8. Property Information and Acoustic Assessments

We provide detailed acoustic assessments based on multiple property evaluations. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, acoustic conditions may vary due to:

• Seasonal changes affecting ambient noise
• Temporary construction or events near the property
• Weather conditions affecting sound transmission
• Individual sensitivity differences to sound

9. Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Provision

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Nests shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your reservation.

9.3 Property Conditions

While we carefully evaluate properties, we are not responsible for property defects, maintenance issues, or amenities not functioning as expected. Such matters should be directed to property owners through our coordination.

9.4 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Nests, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of others.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Harmony Nests and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
